Terms of Service for YouthNet Marketing

Introduction
By accessing or using YouthNet Marketing’s website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and visitors of our website.

Services
YouthNet Marketing provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media management, content creation, and website development, according to the specified requirements and terms agreed upon with each client. Please note that testimonials and projects showcased on our work page are fictional and used for illustrative purposes only. We will update them with real testimonials and projects as we grow.

Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For ongoing services, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Refund Policy
Clients must subscribe to our services for a minimum of six months to observe significant results. If no results are evident after six months, clients may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the six-month period ending. Refund amounts are subjective to the conditions and results achieved. Refund requests will be reviewed within 28 days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Expected Results
The results promised are based on ideal situations and best practices. Clients may not achieve the expected results immediately and might experience initial setbacks. However, with continued engagement, clients can expect significant growth and profit in the long run.

Privacy Policy
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and payment information when you use our services or communicate with us. We use your personal information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in providing our services, with your consent, or as required by law. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content created by YouthNet Marketing shall belong to the client upon full payment for the services rendered. YouthNet Marketing may showcase and promote the completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes. However, if the client intends to use the content on a large scale or for commercial purposes beyond the original scope of the project, additional fees may apply. YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to negotiate additional compensation for such expanded usage.

Limitation of Liability
YouthNet Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to choose the jurisdiction for resolving the dispute. By default, YouthNet Marketing may opt for its home jurisdiction of India. In rare cases, where a neutral jurisdiction is deemed necessary, both parties will mutually agree on a neutral jurisdiction such as Singapore or the UK. Under no circumstances shall the dispute be automatically subject to the jurisdiction of the client’s location unless explicitly agreed upon by YouthNet Marketing. If a neutral or client’s jurisdiction is chosen for dispute resolution, all expenses related to travel, accommodation, meals, health, visas, and other related expenses shall be covered by the client in advance. If YouthNet Marketing chooses its home jurisdiction of India for dispute resolution, the client shall bear all expenses incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, health, visas, and other related expenses. Additionally, YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to request reimbursement for its own expenses incurred during the dispute resolution process.

Unforeseen Events
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any situation not explicitly covered by these terms and conditions, all rights are reserved by YouthNet Marketing. YouthNet Marketing shall have sole discretion to determine how to proceed in such cases, with the objective of maximizing profits for the company. This includes but is not limited to situations where ambiguity arises, new technologies emerge, or legal frameworks change. YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions in a manner that best serves its interests, with due consideration given to fairness and good faith.

Modification of Terms and Conditions
YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the YouthNet Marketing website or otherwise communicated to the client. In the event of any dispute, the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the initial agreement or transaction shall govern the resolution of the dispute. By choosing to use YouthNet Marketing’s services, the client agrees to abide by not only the present terms and conditions but also any future modifications or updates thereof.

Restrictions on Service Usage
The client agrees that they shall not sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the services provided by YouthNet Marketing to any third party without prior written permission. In the event that the client or any third party uses the services without authorization, YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to demand compensation up to 10 times the original price of the services rendered. Furthermore, any third party directly or indirectly using the services provided by YouthNet Marketing is also bound by these terms and conditions and shall be subject to the same restrictions and penalties for unauthorized use.

Recording of Communications
YouthNet Marketing reserves the right to record any or all communications, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, and meetings, between YouthNet Marketing and the client. These recordings may be used for internal purposes, including but not limited to quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution.

Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold YouthNet Marketing harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the services provided.

Severability
If any part of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver
Any failure by YouthNet Marketing to enforce any provision of the terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment
Neither party shall have the right to assign their rights or obligations under the agreement to a third party without prior written consent.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond either party’s control, such as natural disasters or acts of terrorism, the affected party shall be excused from performance under the agreement for the duration of the event.

Agency Status
YouthNet Marketing is not yet a registered entity. As we are just starting out, we will complete the registration process soon. The agency is completely owned and operated by YouthNet.
